How do I use my complimentary registrations?

As an exhibitor, you will receive two (2) complimentary registrations, which can be redeemed by following the link below. Following receipt of your payment, you will receive an emailed promo code to input to redeem your complimentary registrations. One registration must be completed per individual (please do not include more than one name in each registration). Select attendee type “exhibitor.” Enter the promo code. Include your business’ name under “Professional Affiliation.” Within this registration process, you may purchase add-ons, such as tickets to the banquet.

when will the exhibit hall be open during ihs56?

The exhibit hall will remain open 8:00am-5pm. The IHS56 schedule was designed to provide short breaks in between sessions for participants to visit the exhibit hall, located just down the hall from the primary performance spaces.

is public wifi available?

For liability reasons, Colorado State University recommends exhibitors use their cell network with a  VPN and hotspot.

Another option is that exhibitors may use their “Store and Forward” mode to process transactions  later. If you would like to use CSU’s Wi-Fi, you must have a validated P2PE solution. Please read the  statement below provided by Colorado State University. To select this option, you must email [email protected] verification of a validated solution by June 30, 2024.

Colorado State University Statement:

Processing credit cards over the CSU’s networks, including Wi-Fi, must be transacted through a  validated P2PE solution. Validation of these processing solutions can be found here. We recommend that you contact your credit card vendor service for assistance in  verifying your solution is a valid P2PE solution.

when is exhibit hall set up and tear down?

Exhibitors may set up on Sunday, July 28, 2024 from 2pm-5pm. Exhibitor receptions will be Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 5pm (more details coming soon). Exhibit Hall tear down will be Friday, August 2, 2024 before 5pm.

may i ship materials ahead of time?

Exhibitors may ship boxes to the address provided below. Please email Christine at  [email protected] with the delivery date and how many boxes to expect. Boxes may NOT arrive earlier than July 15.

Can I exhibit during ihca?

The exhibit hall will be available beginning Friyda, July 26, 2024. There will only be a small number of people in the building, but if you would like to set up on  Friday afternoon and exhibit on Saturday, July 27^th please email Christine at  [email protected] no later than May 31, 2024.
